WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Provide full spectrum of human resources support including compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, training, and development
  • Implementation and conduct of training programmes, and Evaluation by using the feedback
  • Responsible for administration and execution of mid-year and annual performance appraisals
  • Provide support in the administration of annual salary adjustments including salary benchmarking and market research
  • Maintain good HR records and filing of personal data, leave records, etc.
  • Assist to formulate and implement HR policies & procedures in compliance with the Labour Ordinance
  • Support in employment benefits insurance renewal
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
  • Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, outgoing and open-minded and able to work under pressure and independently
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communications skills
  • Good team player, self-initiative and able to work on multi-tasks and priorities work
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
