What You Will Be Doing :
- Identify new business opportunities for the 3pl logistics product market in Thailand.
- Be accountable for increasing sales pipeline and new client acquisition.
- Manage day-to-day operation of logistics last mile issues.
- Support logistics performance to increase 3pl logistics Oneship’s performance of
delivery in last mile - Identify prospect’s objectives to craft solutions that meet or exceed client goals.
- Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key decision-makers
- Provide market feedback to improve our product development and ecosystem
services - Act as customer service to manage and solve the issue of logistics for
marketplace.
Who We Are Looking For :
- Proven experience in logistics customer service, business development with logistics, 3pl services
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, key account, business development, or 3pl partner management within e-Commerce, logistics service
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain to customer prospects especially by phone call
- Strong Negotiation skills, especially
- Success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and targets
- Candidate with Logistics / 3pl / E-Commerce / Social Commerce / experience strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen, self-motivated, hands-on, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy working environment.
- Willing to travel as required
- Highly Proficient in spoken and written English. Mandarin is a plus
- Previous experience in E-commerce & technology industry will be an added advantage.
It'd be plus if you have:
- Experience in any customer-facing role or at E-commerce platforms is preferred
