(Junior) Human Resource Business Partner
【About the role】
As a hyper-growing organization, we are seeking to hire a HRBP to support our SHOPLINE Commercial BU in Taiwan.
This role covers the full spectrum of HR and manages the day-to-day HR functions for Taiwan Commercial BU.
Based in Taiwan, you will be working closely with our key stakeholders of the Commercial / Business group in SHOPLINE Taiwan, formulating people solutions and driving initiatives which really matter.
【What you will be doing】
- You contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the local HR action plan.
- HR Administration - manage all HR processes and procedures ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements
- You are expected to collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure the best talent is identified and retained to meet the business requirements.
- Drive and provide guidance, advice and training to managers on managing performance issues at all levels
- Develop and deploy employee engagement initiatives, and implement retention strategies
- Manage disputes and grievances effectively
- Management of exits, including conducting of exit interviews to reduce regret attrition
- Coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities
- Manage employee lifecycle, e.g. onboarding and exit processes, probation review follow-up.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
