Title: Product Director  


Responsibilities: 
  1. 擬定跨產品線產品策略
  2. 產品策略執行
  3. 作為商務側及產品間主要溝通橋樑
  4. 必要時能帶領部分產品團隊
  5. 視表現給予更高產品團隊管理職責
  1. Formulate cross-product line product strategies
  2. Execute product strategies
  3. Serve as the primary communication bridge between business and product teams
  4. Lead partial product teams when necessary
  5. Grant higher product team management responsibilities based on performance

Requirements: 

  1. 曾管理5人以上SaaS產品經理團隊
  2. 有實際產品策略、Product Roadmap規劃經驗
  3. 對於曾管理過的產品及團隊，能詳述管理方法、管理指標，並能反思總結

It'd be a plus if you have: 

  1. 有電商SaaS產品經驗
  2. 有跨國產品管理經驗
  3. 實際與C Level管理層有密切工作經驗
  4. 有商務開發或商務側運營經驗

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience managing a team of 5 or more SaaS product managers
  2. Practical experience in product strategy and Product Roadmap planning
  3. Ability to articulate management methods and key performance indicators for previously managed products and teams, along with the ability to reflect and summarize

It'd be a plus if you have:

  1. Experience in e-commerce SaaS products
  2. Experience in multinational product management
  3. Proven experience working closely with C-level management
  4. Experience in business development or business-side operations
