Senior Sales Operations Associate

You will play a critical role in SHOPLINE's operations in the HONG KONG market, assisting the Senior Management in managing sales operations, budget management, performance analysis, and overseeing partner team performance, including partner evaluation mechanisms and scorecards. The ideal candidate should have a background in finance or consulting, be proficient in project management and data analysis tools, have experience in sales operations at a SaaS company, and be well-versed in the lead-to-MQL-to-SQL-to-Close-Win process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance Management:
- Assist the Country Manager in overseeing the performance of the sales team, tracking sales performance, and making strategic adjustments.
- Gather, organize, and report sales data to identify trends and opportunities in a timely manner.
Budget Management:
- Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to support sales objectives.
- Monitor budget execution and provide recommendations to meet budget requirements.
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Develop a performance analysis strategy, including product sales analysis, market segmentation analysis, and competitive analysis.
- Provide key insights to facilitate the development and optimization of sales strategies.
Sales Process Management:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the sales process, including the end-to-end process from lead to revenue, with a specific focus on lead-to-close-win.
- Coordinate different departments to enhance the efficiency of the sales process.
Partner Performance Management:
- Develop and maintain partner evaluation mechanisms and scorecards to assess partner performance.
- Monitor partner deliverables and performance to ensure compliance with partnership agreements.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve alignment and common goals.
- Provide support and assist in resolving issues within the sales process.
Reporting and Document Management:
- Manage reports and documents related to sales and partnership operations, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Create visual reports and presentation materials to convey sales operations information to company leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a background in finance or consulting being preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related field, preferably with experience in sales operations at a SaaS company.
- Strong data analysis and data visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with the lead-to-MQL-to-SQL-to-Close-Win process.
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce SaaS market.
- Essential financial and budget management experience.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
