What you will be doing :
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to digest and understand the use cases and paint points in order to consolidate the product needs.
- Help to conduct the competitors research, users survey and interviews to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators.
- Assist Product Marketing Manager to define, plan and execute the Go To Market strategies that drive merchant adoption and continued merchant success.
- Work collaboratively with the sales, merchant success and marketing team to execute campaigns or projects in order to achieve the GTM goals.
- Prepare promotion materials and draft the contents to execute the GTM strategy E.g. Landing page, blog, messages for internal and external usage.
- Prepare educational materials on product features for internal and external parties to facilitate the product introductions and migrations.
Who we are looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent professional experience
- 1-2 years product marketing experience (preferably in ecommerce, B2B/B2C SaaS industry)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate with cross-internal team effectively to facilitate the progress
- Data-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
- Passionate in understanding the merchants/ end-consumers and helping to figure out a suitable solution.
