            WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Provide full spectrum of human resources support including compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, training, and development
 - Implementation and conduct of training programmes, and Evaluation by using the feedback
 - Responsible for administration and execution of mid-year and annual performance appraisals
 - Provide support in the administration of annual salary adjustments including salary benchmarking and market research
 - Maintain good HR records and filing of personal data, leave records, etc.
 - Assist to formulate and implement HR policies & procedures in compliance with the Labour Ordinance
 - Support in employment benefits insurance renewal
 - Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
 
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
 - At least 1 year relevant working experience
 - Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
 - Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, outgoing and open-minded and able to work under pressure and independently
 - Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communications skills
 - Good team player, self-initiative and able to work on multi-tasks and priorities work
 - Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
 - Immediate available is preferred
