In this role, you will be assisting the Product Operations team to craft meticulously detailed and merchant-friendly instruction manuals and FAQ materials that revolve around our diverse range of innovative SHOPLINE products and solutions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of SHOPLINE products and solutions, translating intricate information into clear, polished, and compelling content.
- Craft user-centric Korean product documentation tailored to the needs of SHOPLINE merchants.
- Proofread and refine AI-translated Korean Help Center articles to ensure near-native fluency, accuracy, and consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Management, UX Design, and Merchant Success, to clarify product intent and resolve translation ambiguities as needed.
- Adhere to SHOPLINE's content style guide to ensure consistency and coherence.
- Assess performance and quality of existing Korean articles through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, and devise strategies for enhancement
