            About the role: 
You will be part of the core launch team in ID building and overseeing the relationships with 
local partners. 
What you’ll be doing: 
- Build and maintain the local partner ecosystem in ID. Identify, assess, and commercialize new partnership opportunities for growth.
 - Maintain relationships with existing partners to drive commercial revenue targets or set KPIs with our partners. Increase the productivity of the existing partners through a structured partnership program.
 - Present the platform to existing and potential partners on how the solution can help to drive revenues and improve efficiencies.
 - Represent Shopline at industry events and conferences to drive potential partner engagements.
 - Support the creation and execution of the partnership strategy and pipeline targets.
 - Support marketing in the creation of marketing collaterals and lead generation activities.
 
Who we are looking for: 
- At least 3+ years’ experience in Partnership and Sales
 - Ability to respond to different partners’ expectations, needs, and communication styles and be quick to respond to feedback
 - Strong project management skills – the ability to identify critical paths, engage, and motivate key stakeholders, teams and hold everyone accountable for the commitment
 - Process‐oriented mindset, very organized, and strong attention to detail
 - Experience working with cross‐functional and cross‐culture teams/stakeholders
 - Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, multi‐tasked, high‐energy working environment
 - E‐commerce, Social Commerce, and/or Retail experience strongly preferred
 - Plus: Sales, Business Development, Start Up experience will be an added advantag
